Each session follows the arc of the Clarity Journal — from understanding yourself, to managing yourself, to understanding others, and finally to leading them with intention. The journal is your active workbook between sessions.
We begin where the journal begins — with your values. What do you actually stand for? What are your non-negotiables? This session works through the values clarification exercise from the journal, establishing the internal compass that every other session builds on. When your leadership is rooted in your values, the hard decisions get clearer.
You cannot regulate what you do not recognize. This session deepens your self-awareness — your emotional triggers, your blind spots, and the internal patterns that shape how you show up under pressure. Using the journal's Weeks 1–2 framework, we identify what's driving your reactions and how to interrupt the ones that aren't serving you or your team.
Awareness without regulation is just insight. This session moves from knowing your patterns to changing them — building the emotional discipline to respond with intention rather than react with habit. We work through the journal's self-regulation tools: how to lead under pressure, how to manage your emotional state before it manages your team, and how to show up consistently even when the circumstances are not.
Effective leadership requires the ability to read people accurately — their emotional states, their unspoken concerns, their need for direction or space. This session builds on the journal's Weeks 3–4 framework: social awareness and empathy. We examine how you currently read your team, where your blind spots are, and how to adapt your approach to meet people where they actually are rather than where you assume them to be.
Trust is built in small, consistent moments — and broken in one careless one. Drawing from the journal's Weeks 5–6 framework, this session works through the behaviours that build trust, the courage it takes to have honest conversations, and the relationship skills that turn a group of individuals into a team that genuinely follows. We cover how to give direct, compassionate feedback, how to repair trust when it's been damaged, and how to lead with both clarity and care.
The final session is a full integration — modelled on the journal's quarterly reflection. We measure how far you have come, name what has shifted, and look honestly at what still requires your attention. You clarify the leader you are committed to becoming, write your personal leadership commitment, and leave with a completed Clarity Journal as your permanent reference. This is not the end of the work. It is the foundation you now build on deliberately.
The Clarity Journal: Lead with Intent is included in your coaching program and serves as your primary workbook and guide throughout all six sessions. Built on the four pillars of emotional intelligence, it gives you a structured daily and weekly reflection practice that compounds your growth session by session.
After the program ends, the journal stays with you · a permanent reference for the leader you've become and the practices that got you there.
